Warning: Reply contains references to Lady issues. Those of a squeamish disposition (and Fred) may wish to scroll to the end. Big Grin

I can only repeat what has been said.
I have no idea what started me off with psoriasis. Theories yes, but definitive answers, no.
I started after two traumatic miscarriages 9 months apart which involved surgery and transfusions. I think this can be safely described as a major stress event.
As for subsequent flares, mine were mostly down to Consultant incompetence Angry and Fred inadvertently mentioning moon cycles. Big Grin
I realised I tended to get worse during my period. Again....that could possibly be interpreted as stress related.
As for diet, I try to eat gluten free bread and pasta as a rule. Not for psoriasis but because the usual stuff really does make me feel heavy and cr*p. If though, in the future, they discover that psoriasis is caused by coffee and red wine, I may just give up the will to live. Big Grin
