I discovered recently life can sometimes seem like you are stuck at the bottom of a deep dark well with no hope of climbing out however with perseverance and support from friends, family and colleagues we make it up into the sunshine again. Once you are out you are in the unique position to spot others around you who are similarly stuck and help guide them back to the sunshine.

No problem Fred, I've left the pies in the pie heater a dozen of each Chicken and camembert and Beef and red wine.....

Yum Beverley, I look forward to seeing the recipe. I made a huge pot of Minestrone yesterday. The one saving grace of the onset of Autumn/winter is the return of soups.

Ive posted the recipe.

I always make a big pan of soup and then freeze it in. Already have minestrone in the freezer along with pea soup and tomato soup. Think if I dig deep enough might even find some vegetable soup.
