Taltz (ixekizumab) gets EU approval for Psoriasis

Ah well not so good for me its my hands/Palms that are mainly affected and I have not resonded to the two different treatments and moisturizers so far.  Its been about two months since all this started happening to me on my hands and it is now affecting the back of my hands and slowly creeping along one wrist at the back.  My palms look very red and my hands seem hot. I can make a fist but its not the most comfortable feeling with the small skin splits along the palm lines.. As Ive said before its not the best thing for a Guitar player.  It hasnt quite stopped me yet but Im now having to be careful.  Really hoping my Doctor can eventaully find something to get this out of my palms.  Is there any chance that this will eventually run its course in my palms and just go?  at least for a while.
