Hi again Jasmin come here often for cheering up, we try to keep positive and this site is a great help in that......but yes we do all have down days ....it goes with the disease I'm afraid but coming here and realising that you can have a good life even with psoriasis certainly helps me

You may not be able to get Fumaderm it's a bit of a post code lottery ...but it is available and well worth asking about

Do ask as many questions as you have here as there is a great wealth of knowledge in the members
If you want to know more, some of us have done a brief resume in our profiles like mine it's short and sweet

Hi! Nice to meet you
I have very recently started on ciclo, all I've really noticed so far is very cold hands, and the capsule are massive and hard to swallow (they smell weird too!) but if you have a biscuit or something after it seems ok.

Hi Jasmin and apologies for the late welcome to our little club life at this end has been somewhat hectic of late   .
I have not been on Cyclo so unfortunately can't comment. My Dermy couldn't recommend it due to a previous medical condition so put me on Acitretin.
I look forward to seeing how you fair on it.

As others have said, it's not your fault. No one in my family had or has psoriasis either. Being here is one of the best things you can do as the understanding and support is amazing! I hope you find the treatment that works best for you.
