I would like to know if anyone has used a really good cream?
I have used lots in the past such as coal tar based,aqueous, e45 etc!probably most of them.
I am new on here and this may of been discussed before.thanks

Most creams don't give long term relief, and some like Dovobet are only for short term use.  

If you're thinking about a good moisturiser then I would recommend Coconut Oil. You can read more here: Coconut Oil

Hi I just use coconut oil as moisturiser myself, but was reading a post the other day by Turnedlight where she mentioned a zinc based cream see here RE: Intrduction from Clear30

Hi Paulie,

welcome to the flaky club :Smile If you want quick relief and don't mind a steroid based product, try Enstilar. It's a spray with a vitamine-D derative mixed with steroids. You can use it for a maximum of 4 weeks, once a day and it gives excellent clearance. Ask your dermatologist. Good luck!
