Hi everyone,
i'm Yossi and i was diagnosed with psoriasis almost a year ago after two years with false diagnosis of seborrheic dermatitis.
I live in Israel (Dead Sea yeah!) so my English isn't the best.
I'm still working with myself on how to deal with this disease, what treatment is the best for me. i strongly believe diet has a big impact on the skin so i'm trying to cut off sugar and gluten (not so successful for now ). 
Anyway, hope i can learn new things here and meet nice people.

Welcome to Psoriasisclub !
Don't bother about your English, if you visit the Psoriasisclub bar in the evening, then often the level of English is way less than yours and mine.

Diet can certainly have an impact. If you are heading that way you can look at the Natural Treatments For Psoriasis. Over there you can read alan540's approach on a diet and he is followed by schnauzerlover.

You will find helpful people and useful information here. I think the key to managing psoriasis is a willingness to try new treatments and an acceptance of when a treatment is no longer of benefit to you.

Hi Yossi welcome to the club, your English is good, I’m sorry to hear you were misdiagnosed although it’s not unusual, I hope you enjoy the forum and can learn from the other members here about their treatments and ways of coping with it. If you are hoping to control it with diet there is a lot of information on Natural Treatments For Psoriasis that might help
But have a good look around and if you need help just shout and someone will soon answer you

Hi Yossi,

Welcome. This site is fabulous for finding the help and some answers that your after.

With regards cutting out gluten , I have had coeliac disease since 2011 and I find it so much better now finding an alternation to most things. Slighty more expensive mind. 

Or just leave it off your plate. GF pizza is nice mind lol
