Hello everybody!

I'm really happy to find this community where people share experiences and support each other.

I have been diagnosed with psoriasis since 2014.
The areas I have been affected the most are my scalp, toe and finger nails and legs.

After going to 3 different doctors and trying different treatments finally one of them prescribed me Cosentyx. Last Wednesday I took my first 300 mg of Cosentyx and after 5 days I’ve seen results! Of course, I’m not all clean but the thickness of the plaque has decreased. In two days I’ll go for my second doses.

One of the things that bothers me the most about this disease are my nails, I understand that it will take time to grow nails that look healthier. Can’t wait to see more results. I’ll post here my experience with the treatment and If I have any issues I’ll let you know.

Hi game and welcome to the club, it’s good to hear that you think the Cosentyx is working already, it is known to work very quickly on some sufferers. I think that no matter how fast it clears your skin , you will have to be patient and wait for your nails to regrow at the normal rate

I have two weeks into the treatment, tomorrow I'll have my third shot.
My scalp feels way better with a thinner plaque. My legs, ears, and arms are almost clear, I just need to wait my skin to recover because I still have some red marks on it due to me scratching constantly.

My nails are improving, very slowly but I start to see some improvement, I understand I need to have patience with the nail growth. So far I haven't had any side effects. I'll keep you posted.

Great to hear it’s working well for you gama. The fact that you can see and feel a difference is great news I hope it has lifted your spirits and you feel better in yourself

I am new to this site. But just read your posts from July of this year. We are now into December. How are you doing?  Very curious to know as I am also considering starting Cosentyx.  Just waiting to get an appointment.

Hello, aorru for not poatinp anything. So far I have been getting cosentyx for over 4 months. The results are great, my finger nails look clean without any problems. My legs are 90% clear and my scalp also 90% clear. This is much better than before. My toenails alao are improving but these ones take longer. I fully recommend the treatment, you'll not regret it!

Also I have no bad reactions.
