Those are very painful!  I  get some once in a while.....worst are those that happen while I'm driving  Confused

Could be due to a magnesium or potassium deficiency.  Supplements may help  Smile

Good suggestion KatT.

Without any personal connection, I am using this as a supplement.

You're welcome Yvon  Wink

Now if I could follow my own advice I would be in better shape!  I get cramps in my hands too sometimes.....just as painful as the feet  Confused

Thumb

And calcium levels could also be a concern. I had major cramps when I was pregnant and was surprised that low calcium levels can also be a reason for cramps. Your doctor should be able to check your levels and see if he/she thinks supplements might help. I know they helped me but each case is different.

Be sure to stay well hydrated as well!

Ahhh if its cramps I would try more fluid intake as I suffer with cramp on my legs and toes if I don't drink enough
By the way I'm also on the same dose of Skilarence as you so more fluid works for me and I notice it's days when I've been busy and not drunk much that I suffer most

So, here i am again... i had friends over from Canada for 1,5 weeks and no time to go on to the internet. Showing them around in Holland, it was very much fun, but i'm exhausted now. So this week i will be doing nothing....

In the last week the cramps were much less, so thats a relief  Thumb

I also got stung by musquitos, 7 times. Normaly, whitout the Humira, i have some allergic reaction to it. I get very big bumps from it, so i'm familiar with that happening. But know, at the skin next to all the stungs and bumps, there are large blue dark brown spots, like i've bumped into something.
When i press into these big blue/brown spots, it doesn't go away, therefore it's more purpura like, instead of a hematoma.

I will keep an eye on it, if it gets worse, i will phone the docter about this.

But no other side effects, just tired, but thats because i did to much and went beyond my limits..

And still the stiffness is way less, but the pain due the PsA is still there, so fingers crossed this will disappear soon.

It may take a few months for it to have an effect on your PsA.

Glad the cramps have lessened  Smile

Thanks for your response.

Yes i know it could take a few months to get an effect on the PsA. My Rheumatologist said to me he wanted to try Humira for 3 months, to see if theres any respons on my body, if nothing happens, he will stop the Humira. So thats why i want to see a result quicker, because if this doesn't work whitin these 3 months, i don't know what the next step is he will take.
But i have an consult by phone with him on the 8th of september, i will ask him then, if nothing has changed  Thumb

Yes most Bio's are tried for 12 weeks before deciding the way to go.

Enjoy doing nothing Yvon Smile
