Yes for patients weighing 120 kg + they can consider a dosage of 320 mg every 4 weeks in the EU. But I'm just below 90kg so I doubt they would do that, but I may ask about about a shorter time between shots at my next appointment.

Update time, it's now two years and I'm still happy.

I have been keeping notes and it does look like there are moments the psoriatic arthritis starts creeping back in, mostly around week 6 but damp and cold weather is when it's at it's worse. I have always said it's the psoriatic arthritis I want to get sorted and it is doing the job, but sometimes there are times I push myself and think I can still do stuff like I did before I got psoriatic arthritis only to pay the price later.

In some ways it's unfortunate that it is working so well as it does make me want to do more than I actually can, but yes this so far has been the best one for psoriatic arthritis. As of writing this I'm going to have to put the psoriatic arthritis score up from 3 to 4, not bad but at this time of the year it's what I would expect.

As for the psoriasis I have had a very small flare and that score will have to go up from zero to 1, but those that know me will understand that this time of the year is not a good time for me. I'm not bothered by the increase in the scores as I have a lot of things to look forward to next year, and after todays shots I can already feel the positive mode kicking in.

I did ask the pharmacie about the new one shot dose but it's not available in France yet so I'll keep with the two shots every 8 weeks and see what my dermatologist says in May, all in all it's been one of the best bio's I've tried and I'm looking forward to it continuing to do it's work.

Bring it on 2025 I'm still here (older and maybe not so active) but I'm so looking forward to having another chance thanks to Bimzelx helping me along my way.

The increasing scores at this time of year aside, this is good news. I'm so glad the Bimzelx works!  2025 is just around the corner.   Heart

So glad it's still working for you. Hopefully you'll get past the slight increase in your scores and back down soon.

I am glad to see it work so well. The winter months are horrible for both Psoriasis and PSA.

Thank you both, yes I've found winter, damp and stress the main triggers.

Update time: Not much to report as it's still doing it's magic, had the odd moment with the psoriatic arthritis especially when it's damp but nothing to stop me doing basic stuff.

I did have to give in and get someone to put a new starting motor in the car, but some of that could be just down to age as I'm not as agile as I was.

Psoriasis score remains at 1 as I do get the odd tiny bit on one knuckle occasionally but no flakes and it soon goes down with some diprosone.

Psoriatic arthritis score remains at 2 but it's nothing to stop me doing things and although I sometimes feel a little locked up some morning it soon fades once I get moving.

All in all I'm still very pleased. Smile
