I wouldn't have thought it was a mistake, it was received 12 March 2025, revised 06 April 2025, accepted 11 April 2025 and published 26 April 2025 and is an early view to go in "The Journal Of Dermatology.

The full version is a pay for use but I won't pay, if you do however these are the prices and I can send you the link.

If it would be really true, then I would have expected that they would have put an explanation in it.. Smile explaining the the reason why this is very deviant of what one should expect.

The answer could be in the paid for version, what I posted is just an abstract. I can't and won't pay for more, I'm only finding the basics but it's good to see members talking.  Wink

Unfortunately I only have my views with no concrete answers, pay for the article and there "could" be more but what I have seen in the past when I have tried the paid for is not much more than what I give here.

You have to read into it what you want, I just post the news from reliable sources . As I said you are welcome to pay and as far as I understand it will give you the chance to ask such questions, but I'm not into paying as it goes against my reason for starting Psoriasis Club.

We can debate for ever and that is good, but I and you can't give more than our own thoughts without paying. My opinion would be "It's not going to give you much more so not worth paying for" but that is your choice.

I'm only here to give you all what is public. Wink
