Time for an update. Returning from 2 weeks training in Italy. Sun & sea as well as plenty of head banging work. Not to mention plenty of rich food and beer/wine. Happy to report no ill effects. Turning a nice shade of mahogany which is a nice way to end the course!

Great news Alan that's over a year now you've been here and have managed to get clear and stay clear Clap

So are you back on a normal diet? Are you avoiding anything? How long did you suffer with PPP psoriasis before you started the diet, and did you have any other psoriasis before you were diagnosed with PPP ?

Hi Jim

Back to a normal diet since Christmas Thumb

Not having to avoid anything now, only trying to be sensible in terms of not putting on weight, but there's nothing that seems to aggravate my skin any more, so happy days.

I did a timeline thing a couple of posts ago but off the top of my head, sitting here in my hotel room slightly the worse for wear Tongue , I think I had PPP for about 18 months or so. Before that a bit of arm/torso psoriasis that came and went but was never really much to write home about and often cleared up in the summer months.

Thanks Alan I just wanted to get my head round it and wonder why as you are back to excesses 15 that nothing has triggered the psoriasis again ....

Long may it last for you .... Thumb I hope you don't wake with a sore head in the morning Big Grin

Super result, Alan. How are the nails going? You had that little bit that would not shift. That seems the way with psoriasis.

Cheers

Hi Bill

Last wonky nail has now grown out fine, and all my nails look 100% normal at last. I'm travelling today but will post some updated pictures shortly.

I'm definitely asymptomatic Bill. That much I would say is 100%. Whether it is gone or still lurking I would not like to say. I am assuming it could still be lurking, and only time will tell on that. But I'll keep the updates coming as and when. Just landed in Amsterdam and swigging a cold beer. Photos to follow.
