I am assuming it could still be lurking, and only time will tell on that. But I'll keep the updates coming as and when. Just landed in Amsterdam and swigging a cold beer. Photos to follow.

Welcome in the Netherlands Alan!

Dank je Caroline! I used to work for a large Netherlands multinational company, and have spent much nice time in you lovely country. Hint : Eindhoven / Best !

Nice Alan. I think I know the company. At least from Eindhoven, did not know they had a subsidiary in Best also.
The company was, as joke made from its logo, characterised by the sentence: "They double cross you once, they double cross you twice and then they never go straight."

100% normal, they don't get any better than this.

I won't include feet pictures, no-one wants to look at my feet on a Friday afternoon!

Feel free to right click for the full res. images (as with all the other pics that I've uploaded.)

This is so encouraging, I must be honest and say I'm a nightmare for reading through every post.
Ive recently cut out gluten, i nedd to work harder at cutting out sugars!
Did you do any form of detoxing? Books i have say things like eat nothing but apples for 3 days or smoothies!

Hi Hannah

No detox just removal of carbs and sugars. This led to massive improvement for me and I followed it up with natural anti-fungals : garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, curcumin, coconut oil etc. Now I've no symptoms and healthy skin and am able to eat and drink anything again. All the details are in previous posts, including how long everything took for me as well as photos before and and after. Also, plenty of natural sunlight helps.

Time for a brief update I thought. Just returned from a nice break in the sun with plenty of swimming and walking not to mention plenty of food and beer. No skin problems at all now, even when overindulging. Very pleased to be able to report this! Weight loss has continued, albeit more slowly, now that I am eating a normal diet again. Bread is now fine to eat, although I still limit it due to the calories...Nails are growing at a normal rate, I cut them before going away and at the end of the 2 weeks needed to cut them again, so a definite improvement there. All in all I hope I'm at the end of this thing now.

I wonder Alan if your success iss due to you acting early after diagnosis to change your diet and lifestyle. Before the Psoriasis got a firm hold .. ( just surmising) it seems strange that you have been fortunate not to have to stick to a diet and yet yet have still remained clear. I hope you stay clear of Psoriasis and you can continue a full life, on a normal diet  Thumb
It would be great to think that you were at the end of Psoriasis  Thumb

Cheers Jim. Maybe catching it relatively early was key...although it was crippling before my change of diet...but it sounds quite plausible that I caught it before it really took hold. Having said that, I hit it with a large number of different antifungals (all natural) and I think this was key as well as the change in diet. I aimed to starve it of what it needed (sugar) and kill it with antifungals, so a two pronged approach. It's worked well so far....but I know that complacency isn't an option with this thing....if it rears its ugly head again I'll make damned sure to go at it with a vengance!
