Hi Martin222,
Yeah - Depression/Mood Swings was pointed out to me and Diarrhoea/Weight Loss at my last Dermatology appointment in November'17. Have had all my Bloods and Chest X-Ray done in readiness as I hope to start Otezla next week. Had been on Stelara - last injection was October'17. This was my second time on Stelara, have been on Humira and Cosentyx and others. With me these drugs work for sometime and then just suddenly stop.
Wish you good luck on Cosentyx and it works.  Thumb

After only a month of taking the Apremilast it was stopped. Suffered with several of the side effects quite bad, and it sent my Diabetes crazy.
I am to see the Dermatologist in April and there is talk about another Biologic Drug called Taltz that I may go onto using. Meanwhile I am having a flare up of Psoriasis.

That’s a shame the side effects from otezla got bad and it messed with your diabetes

Taltz is a good one see Taltz (ixekizumab) to read about it and if you put Taltz in the search facilitySearch it should throw up posts that mention Taltz and threads by others already taking it

Sorry you are going through a flare at the moment .... it’s little wonder after coming off your otezla  treatment, and having to wait till April for a new onev....
good luck

It's a great treatment and gave me my life back for 6 years. The only reason I changed is because it's not great on psoriatic arthritis.

Good luck and don't hesitate to start a new thread about you journey.
