The suggestion of Fred on Enstilar is a good one.
The words of your doctor, that it is just dovobet, is nonsense, he is no patient and patients experience tells us that the result of Enstilar are way better just because it is a foam,

And I wonder if you did some research on EMDR treatment for your PTSS. You should take a look at it, a number of Dutch soldiers who have been in Afghanistan and have had bad experiences over there have followed this treatment and have become a lot better.

Hope you can keep yourself together.

Can you get in to see your doctor earlier? I would call and say you can't wait 4 months to be seen.

Sorry things aren't going well, I do hope things improve for you!

Hi Caroline! Your info was a good one. I had my first emdr session last Monday. And every Monday hence. I am VERY hopeful about the outcome. Your suggestion is gold to me. With my recent spate of frequent and intense flashbacks, it seems to be my only hope as meds have recently not been as effective. Anyways, thanks again!

I was actually planning to do that on Monday. Perhaps if they knew what I have been going through, maybe they might be able to squeeze me in sooner rather than later. Anyways, thanks for your support.
Cheers

Halle-freakin- lujah! Dic has agreed to give me so.e enstilar foam. I pray to the good Lord above that I get some relief. Sadly, it's not in stock at my pharmacy so I gotta wait until tomorrow to get it. Thanks to all who suggested it!

Cheers

Good luck here are a couple of threads worth reading.

Enstilar foam

Enstilar tips
