Any Enstilar users got any tips to pass on ?

France has finally approved Enstilar and I'm going to be giving it a try for the stubborn little bit of psoriasis and to use as and when I want if I feel a flare up coming.

Obviesly I will be reading the notes, but sometimes it's good to get some reviews or tips from users.

I have noticed it says you shouldn't use it under your arms or on the groin area, that is usualy where I first feel a flare up starting so what do you think ?

I have only used it on an odd bit behind my left ear on the scalp line and it worked well but I've had my spray for around 7 months and only used it about 3 times so have no experience of groin or underarm

I'm thinking it's the usual warnings with all these products, but I think after all these years I'm sensible enough to know when I'm using too much. Can't hurt to try a little bit too see, if not I can still use the diprosone on those areas and keep the Enstilar for the other parts. It's never a lot anyway, but the two new bits on my hands are annoying so it should help that.

Been told it's ok to use for 30 days once daily. then stop and if needed apply same routine a few months later. It works really well and should clear you in those 30 days. I shower first (scrub scrub scrub) and then apply, walk around for a bit to get the most out of it. For now I only have a few tiny spots as the Stelara is keeping things nicely at bay
