Yeah, I only used the suit for night, if necessary I wore the shirt under my regular clothes.

I think you should not wrap it in cellophane or something, but the suits I mentioned are designed to work WITH the creams. It’s still breathable and can not be compared with cling wrap.

Aha that makes sense hopefully I never get to the stage of needing one though. I did get covered in it many years ago, but for me it's psoriatic arthritis that is the worse and the one I need to manage.

I have to say I don’t like enstillar as much as plain old cream in a tube.

Yep it's too sticky and clammy for my liking and it makes a mess of your clothes.

Depends on how much you use after all it's only the bit that's in contact with the skin that is doing anything.

I started enstilar roughly 4 months ago.
I noticed a difference within 2 days! Within a week my psoriasis has pretty much cleared and i was mainly left with a few white patches.
I was advised by the dermatologist that you can only use this foam cream, at most, for 4 months otherwise can be bad for the skin.
When i stopped using the cream my psoriasis came back with vengeance and was 10x worse and so sore and itchy. I've also heard the same story from a lot of others. :( however, i have also heard so many positive stories from it too, im just gutted it did not work for me!

Hi Panda good to see you Welcome to the club. What a shame you came off it abruptly any of the steroids you should come off gradually to avoid the bounce back of the psoriasis
I see you are on UV treatment which I hope will help but depending how bad your psoriasis is will depend on the next step

The recommended treatment period is 4 weeks.

Also Jim is right, you should never just stop. It's best to gradually wean yourself off of it, but even then some topicals can make it worse.

Welcome to Psoriasis Club by the way. Wave
