Congrats on the weight loss! Thumb It is very difficult and as you mentioned also difficult to not let it creep back.

Be careful with the tanning bed. Yes it can be beneficial, just be cautious. And... you already know that you should take the Humira as prescribed and not "waaaayyyyy less frequent than recommended" Not telling you anything you don't already know. Tongue

And if you want a 6 pack there isn't a reason you can't get to that point. Diet and exercise and stay positive, we'll be cheering for you. Smile

doctors have their ideas...I have mine. If they had their way id probably be on 20 meds right now. Im only on 1 and working to be rid of it

You are correct. I apologize if my comment was offensive, I didn't mean for it to be. We each should do what we feel is best for ourselves. When I don't take my meds it's due to forgetfulness so I took your post to mean you should take it more often. Sorry.

I'm working to get off some of my meds myself so I do get it.

Again, congrats on the weight loss, sounds like you are on the right track.
