So, finally after lots of running around, I collect my prescription of Furmederm today. The process will start and I will keep posting, daily if I can, to let you all know how it's going.

Just for reference, I have had psoriasis for 22 years. I have tried uv treatment, steroid creams, methotrexate, tar treatment and loads I have forgotten! I am hopeful that furmederm will, although might be difficult at first, help me with the process of not worrying about my skin anymore.

Fingers crossed!

More soon......

Good luck with it Cheryl I look forward to following your progress. And thank you for starting this thread it will be helpful to not only you but to our readers too who may be thinking of trying Fumaderm.

I've given it a Tweet and it's already had 66 hits. Thumb

And don't forget like Caroline said She and Jim will be here to help, Bill will probably offer some advice too, and I'm sure others will be interested in your progress.

Day 2

Not much to report as yet. Had to write all the dosage down on my calendar as I am not the best person to remember things as I was given loads of the tablets and would hate to get it wrong and take too many!

Post again soon

I'm guessing you have three months supply that's what I generally get to see me through to the next appointment.
You should have a supply of Fumaderm initial to take first before moving on then, move onto as I think it was Tanlou who called them big boy tablets.
Have you been told to have your bloods taken regularly ?
Good luck I'm sure you will soon have something to report Tongue just remember it will, take a bit of time..... But it should be well, worth the wait

He gave me 8 boxes worth and I have to see him on Monday for a check up. Already had the initial tablets, long story! But as I have just started the " big boy ones" I anticipate my bloods taken regularly. I work in a hospital so that's not going to be a problem. Will keep you posted.Smile
