Yes it can spread as it starts to get you down, and the more it spreads, the more it gets you down. And so the cycle begins.

First step is the hardest one, and that is to keep as positive as you can and avoid stressful situations.

Hi Jerry. I haven't minded my psoriasis too much for the past years though i was alread diagnosed 3 years ago. I just began seeing a derma regularly early this year when there were red spots that grew below my throat and on my right ear. I was alrmed. What has been affected was my left elbow only. Now it is affecting my right elbow already.
