Hi Shellie!
Nice to meet you. My psoriasis used to be triggered by tonsillitis (strep throat) when I was in my teens/early 20's but I finally grew out of that, sadly not the psoriasis though. Still things could be alot worse, I could have yellow eyes and pink hair!!!!!
Every one here is a little bit crazy but in a good way, I hope you will enjoy the forum.

Good morning all,

Thank you for the warm welcomes.

My bad Psoriasis was triggered by Strep Throat over 20 years ago and today I still suffer with outbreaks. I have had some form though since I was about 7 years old. Kids can be so cruel and adults too. Today though the taunts are worse aren't they?

I am happy to have found this forum.

I don't hear many taunts as such, but it's the looks and sideways glances, then someone might make a comment, then it's out with the explanation and the usual 'don't worry you can't catch it'!!!!
