Hi Mac and welcome to the club 
Never used the stuff so I'm afraid I can't comment but there are a lot of people in the Fumaderm gang like Jim that swear by the stuff.
I'm guessing like a few other orals there is a little 'experimentation' done by the Dermys until your particular dosage is arrived at.
Don't worry about asking questions there is generally somebody around that can give you anh honest answer.
