Welcome to Psoriasisclub.
Nothing wrong with being overly dramatic, almost all DMF users, Fumaderm is just one form of it, are very positive about the workings of DMF.
John is already mentioning the Fumaderm gang, which is basically the DMF gang, as there are others who use the Dutch variant or the Australian variant.
And in Fumaderm it is the DMF that does the work, the rest of the stuff in the pill is useless.
Personally, if I was the derm, I would push you back to 4x a pill a day, in order to take care of your current status and make you clean again, and then go down to your apparent maintenance dose of 3.
You can always suggest that if you speak to your derm.
