doctor did say she would put me on bios. but like you said prob other stuff first,. to be honest. i would sooner have rid of arthritis then the psoriasis. altho the psoriasis is a pain

Yes the priority for me is the psoriatic arthritis as it can ruin your life.

I would always advise anyone to see a dermatologist early and to stick with it. It will take time but the sooner you get seen by one and follow the protocol the sooner later on one will get moved onto something that works.

Cosentyx has been the best thing ever for me, but it's still early days and I have failed on the others before. So I would say if they are offering another Bio, you should try that first. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Another option would be to ask about Fumaderm but it's not widely available in the UK. And personally I would say go the Bio way if they are offering it.

Get your head down and listen to the dermatologist but arm yourself with information from this thread: Biological Treatments For Psoriasis and remember it's your body and sometimes you will have to push.
