Hi Arfstrom and  Welcome to the club I know you've been a member quite a while, but this is my first opportunity to greet you......I like your introduction thanks for the history
I'm not one for too much strenuous exercise, I do a bit when it suits me but mainly cycling on safe cycleways close by where I live .....my medication has no affect on my energy but I don't think you have a DMF drug available to you where you live yet

I found when I was on methotrexate it made me extremely tired and lethargic, so that might be why you don't feel motivated. If it's Methotrexate that is affecting your motivation, tell your dermatologist as perhaps it's time to move on to something else ....

We have a few members that admit to doing  strenuous exercise hopefully They may spot this and answer

I wish you good luck and hope you get to doing marathons and cycling again soon  Thumb
