Power yoga !!! Wow  Whistle just kidding, hihi, I do believe it has its intense parts Wink

Hi Arfstrom,

Welcome to the club, nice to meet you finally.

In my opinion I am closest to Jim and Fred. MTX has the well known side effect of making you tired. That makes it very difficult to run a marathon as you just cannot find the energy.
Try to search for something different, jim already suggested a good replacement.
As long as you don't have PsA you should be able to do it. I did some half marathons, before I got PsA.
When on DMF I have never had a lack of energy, may be good to know for you.

Cheers,
Caroline
