I'm afraid I haven't any advice on ppp and I don't know how many p treatments are applicable to it, but personally I would mention to you derm that you don't like what's happening to your hair and eyebrows in case they can move you to another treatment? However as I say I don't know so much about ppp and maybe it's good to stick with the thing that works..
If the effects are reversible on stopping the drug, I don't think I would personally go for the tattoos. I imagine they are good if you have more permanent hair loss though.
