Hello Hedgehog, we have already spoken but as you have posted an intro I thought I would give you a proper welcome.
I'm glad you have decided to join in, you will find a great bunch of people always willing to share information and support. Also if you want a break from psoriasis and get to know some of our members I can recommend the [Group Specific] board as a good starting point.
The creams you are using wrong are not going to help you so it's time to start looking at something else that will be easier for you to use and save you a lot of time. Have a look at this thread Oral Treatments For Psoriasis for some ideas *But avoid the Methotxate if you like a drink.
