Hi All and thank you for your replies As i said above i have had psoriasis for 40yrs but kept it under control really well only a small amount now 13 yrs ago i had psoriasis arthritis and really bad with it about i did get over it in the end and used NSADS to control it But over the last 2 yrs i was anaemic and was bleeding inside but to cut it short the last 4 months had to stop all NSADS so was taking nothing so the psoriasis showed it's head again waited 5 weeks to see if it would go but is so severe pain had to go see the rheumatologist at the hospital hands fingers so badly swollen and cant bend fingers really painful I have been put onto Sulfasalazine over the next 4 weeks starting with one tablet increasing to 2 in the morning and 2 at night as Nsads cant be taken also on co-codmol The steroide injecktion was given in my bottom to help the swelling but it has not worked so it will be a course of steroid to help the swelling go down hopefully so to help my finger joints as they are badly swollen When i see about having this i will let you all know as it may help someone in the future Night time is really bad as i cant even pull the bed sheet over me as i cant use my hands Thank you all
