Yes only take them with meals I have put the instructions on for you ...if you take them with meals and fluid it should make the side effects easier to put up with .....I wouldn't take one tonight I would leave it to take with your breakfast then it will get into your intestines with the meal ( and yogurt)
It is a good sign if you are getting side effects ...but they could be easier if you take them properly ...
Sounds as if your doctor and pharmacist aren't sure about the tablets as they have given you bad advice ..
