into the club. I am glad you have decided to post on here. As you have already found from reading other posts, we are a small active friendly bunch of people with psoriasis all trying to keep it under control, the members are all very supportive and always ready to give and receive support and discuss our various treatments. There is a wealth of information on here and there are no annoying ads of external links. This is Fred's policy and it makes the site easy and safe to use
Protopic is not a treatment I am familiar with but I'm sure Fred will enlighten us about it.
The fun stuff
Nice to hear you stay active with Disc golf and other activities, and I understand you being self conscious. I think we have all been there. I still dread getting my haircut, and I am fairly clear at the moment.
So glad you took the plunge I am sure from your introduction that you will enjoy Fred's club
Venture into the off topic there things are generally light hearted and there is something for everyone there
Stay positive it's the way foreword and helps a lot
