I'm a big fan of coconut oil, but at the end of the day it is just a moisturiser. You should not use Dovobet long term, and to be honest no topical is ever going to keep on top of it.
I can understand you not wanting the oral treatments, but they are better monitored these days and we have a lot of members doing well on the DMF variants. You can read more here: Oral Treatments For Psoriasis
