It’s not something I can help with, but will advise caution with the steroids on your face. The steroids will thin your skin with extended use. So be very sparing with them
There’s not much advice I can give as you are under a dermatologist and you say your Psoriasis is mild so they won’t put you on systemic treatments Oral Treatments For Psoriasis
But if it spreads it might be the way to go
Then on the other hand look through our natural treatments there may be something you can do with diet, and as Caroline has said try not to be too anxious or stressed as that is a known trigger
