Hi Meee,

I have found that taking n-acetyl cysteine (NAC) at least an hour before dosing alleviates any gastric upset for me. I take 830mg doses of dimethyl fumarate 98% pure crystals. This quantity would be very hard going without the NAC. I hope things settle for you.
