Hi and a big welcome to the club Marie , after many years injecting MTX and now Stelara I agree wholeheartedly with TL the stomach is the only place to inject, sit down and then you can pinch a good amount of skin (I certainly can 
) you can then use the syringe holding at the bottom when you get more control . When the needle is in then the hand you were using to pinch the skin can hold the syringe and then you can press it down with the other hand , much easier but as mentioned if it's kept in the fridge like Stelara you need to let it stand for at least 20 mins, I always say 30 mins.
