This is what I was talking about when I got burnt - I noticed I was red in sensitive areas but went on with the treatment and then got sunburn followed by psoriasis.
Yes uvb can burn.
Does his red skin feel like it’s radiating heat like with sun burn?
Just be careful, I imagine you can carry on again when the redness goes.
