I do get psoriasis on my face but not specifically round the eyes. Sorry I can’t be of specific help..
I would say first of all, are you using any emollient cream because there are quite a few that doctors give out that actually make my facial skin more sore. I use a cream called Aveeno here in uk, would also try a little oil to moisturise, or possibly a little Vaseline (would have to be a night I guess or you might go out looking very shiny!) try and avoid getting the area wet too often as well, as water is very drying.
