I have been a sufferer all my adult life and have heard of things to cure or put it into remission, but if it's someone asking for money I can assure you it's likely to be a scam
To my knowledge there is nothing that will put it into permanent remission although some say diet does, I think the best you can hope for is to keep it under control, and that is a bit hit and miss as what works for me might not work for you .
My advice is to put your trust in the health service to give you the best treatment
