to the forum it's good to hear of the things you're trying but seems the arthritis is being stubborn
But as Fred has said Alan has some tips in his thread and there is lots of other natural treatments mentioned here Natural Treatments For Psoriasis and if you don't find something that works you may need to go the more conventional route of drugs to control it
