OK I decided to look into it a bit more and guess what, we have some interesting reading right here on Psoriasis Club. 
I used the search facility (available to members only) and the following mention Crohn's, just click the ones you may think will interest you.

There are more but I only picked these 3 as there are 22 results, if only I thought of that sooner.
