Hi Kerry,

Yes, that is a common flush. I have had that, and sometimes still have, also, even being completely red. I do not experience it as itchy though.
No big deal and the most harmless side effect. The advantage of having a flush is the fact that is seems that your body reacts to the DMF. That is a positive sign.
