Sorry to bump my own thread, but I just wanted to say again how weird it seems to me:

First shot was like an instant miracle, working wonderfully with significant clearing in six days.

Day 14, second shot seemed to do the exact opposite, in even less time.  Like it "backfired" or something. 48 hours after the second dose, I'm almost back where I started.

Biologics are not meant to work overnight. Most take about three months to see if the medication works for you. A flare is a flare - I wouldn't but too much stock into it unless it's continually getting worse.

It might be an allergic reaction, so you need to be careful. I would not be taking another shot without being cleared to do so. It is good that you took the pics.

Been on Siliq since summer of 2017, been very happy with results.  Mine cleared up completely and have stayed clear ever since.    I'd recommend giving Siliq a try if you haven't, it's supposed to be the most efficacious because it blocks the IL directly.  Very happy with my results so far, no flare up just clear skin thank god.
