A big to the forum I hope you enjoy your time here as you will find we are just a small friendly group of people all with psoriasis in common, here we tend to support each other through the bad times and when the times are better we venture into the off topic section where it's a lot less serious

I hope your light treatment and acetretin work for you I'm sure they will, it would be good to hear your experiences in further posts

I'll certainly post how my treatments are going. It sounds like it will be a couple of weeks at the earliest before I may notice any improvement.
