Good intro, and sounds like a classic diagnoses. It always takes them ages to fiddle around and as soon as a dermatologist sees you they go "Psoriasis"

Yes your dermatologist is right "There is no cure" Some will argue that but the evidence against a cure is overwhelming. What we can do however is lean to live with it, and this is what your dermatologist will play around with to find what is best for you.

Thanks Fred! I've read the acitretin thread already. I'll start a post about treatment and hopefully share good news about it down the road.

As for you being the sensible one, ok...I'll believe you (even though I've been reading this forum all morning and not sure everyone was in agreement with you on that )
