I can't help with diet as I enjoy my food and drink too much, but I see you have started another thread in Natural Treatments For Psoriasis so I'll leave you to it.

Humira is not one of the best bio's by the way and if you do fail to achieve your goal with a diet, it may be worth asking about one of the Interleukin treatments. You can read more about them here: Biological Treatments For Psoriasis
