Be careful with the tanning bed. Yes it can be beneficial, just be cautious. And... you already know that you should take the Humira as prescribed and not "waaaayyyyy less frequent than recommended" Not telling you anything you don't already know.
And if you want a 6 pack there isn't a reason you can't get to that point. Diet and exercise and stay positive, we'll be cheering for you.
