Within a few hours, I am sure there will be a number of other that will welcome you. That is because we are a friendly bunch of psoriasis sufferers.
At first I would advise to look around a bit, to mingle in discussions and start possibly your own discussion of where you are looking for.
Your current question may be a little wide to start answering right now.
no... It is not a wide question of course, but you may better put it in another place in the forum. I know that there are others that suffer a lot of itchiness, so they may respond.
