Hey, I'm new to this website and forum but I'm not new to Psoriasis. I've been dealing with it for 24 years now. 
Sometimes I felt like doing that. Recently, I've had a major flare. I'm now covered more than I've ever been covered with spots and it's so painful. I'm changing my diet to see if it helps and I'm glad to see there is a forum because sometimes I feel very alone.
