Thanks for the warm welcome; glad to see the link to the anti-inflammatory diet [seems pretty healthy and balanced]. I had rotten "dandruff" for most of my life along with small pits on my nails -- apparently those were markers of psoriasis!! Oh well, now to find some relief for my poor cracked feet -- going to try phototherapy in the new year.
