 Not all at the same time (couldn't do it). Thankfully it's been one after the other.  Basically cured myself of IBS and suffered through the kidney stones (with a new appreciation of what women experience in child birth).  And psoriasis, with any luck that's next to go.  Born in Scotland, moved to Canada when I was seven and been freezing cold ever since.  Summers too short to completely thaw out here.

 Thank -you for the warm welcome Fred.  I completely understand about the edit.  Just wanted to clarify what video I had watched.  You have a great site and hope to add some of my observations and insights to it.  Thanks again.

Ha ha john I had heard it was a painful experience passing kidney stones thought I had some a while back but fortunately it was just an infection the ultrasound was clear..
I see you have met two of our gorgeous girls already they are all lovely here and also very helpful

Sorry the part of Canada you are in is sooooo cold it makes me shiver thinking of it you must be quite far North to be constantly cold it makes the UK seem not so bad
