Hello!
You have come to the right place here, where no one will judge you because of your skin and you will find plenty of good advice, support and a sprinkling of good humour too!
I know it's difficult but try to stay positive! As the others have said you must see your gp and get a referal to a specialist and hopefully soon things will change for the better.
You are right about the rubbish weather here but sunshine is the best cure (well definitely for me anyway) and Fred has a few covert techniques that you can try out next year if we ever get some sun.
